Dr. Chika Anozie is a medical doctor with over fifteen years of experience. She is presently an Assistant Director in the employ of the Nigerian government where she heads the Clinical Services of an organization.
Additionally, she holds an International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (NEBOSH IGC, UK); a post-graduate diploma in Family Medicine, and a Master in Public Health (MPH) from Cardiff University, UK. An advocate of healthy lifestyle practices, she is Internationally Board Certified as a Lifestyle Medicine Physician by the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine (IBLM), USA.
She has featured as a speaker/panelist on different fora where she enjoys addressing real-life issues, especially family life and healthy lifestyle practices.

Chinasa Trinitta Amadi, a Russian trained Medical Doctor, Board-Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician of the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine (IBLM) and a UK Certified Weight Loss Coach and Nutritionist, combines the finest of Clinical and Lifestyle Medical Practices. She holds a master’s degree in public health from the United Kingdom and is presently one of the thirty- seven Board Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physicians in Africa. Dr. Amadi is passionate about helping her community to adopt healthy choices to live healthy lives. Her passion led to the founding of Africa’s first Digital Lifestyle Medicine Practice, Ariella Health and Fitness Ltd, which has now become the first and only brand to offer an internationally recognized CPD accredited health coaching course in Africa. Dr Tijani Oseni is a lecturer and Consultant Family Physician/ Head, Lifestyle and Behavioural medicine Unit, Department of Family Medicine, Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma/ Irrua Specialist Teaching Hospital, Irrua, Nigeria. He is a fellow of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria (FMCFM) and currently doing a PhD programme in Social and behavioural Medicine in the University of Calabar, Nigeria. His research interests are Family Medicine Education, Lifestyle and Behavioural Medicine, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Primary Health Care.
He is the Research Secretary, Society of Lifestyle Medicine of Nigeria (SOLONg); a member of the WONCA Working Party on Research; Head Afriwon Research Group; and Assistant Head, AfroPHC Research Team.

Dr. Moyosore Makinde, MBBS (Ibadan), DipIBLM/SOLONg, FMCFM, FWACP is a Consultant Family Physician and an International board-certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician at Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. She is the past Education secretary of the Society of Lifestyle Medicine of Nigeria and is the newly elected President of the Society of Lifestyle Medicine of Nigeria (SOLONg).
She is the treasurer of the Society of Family Medicine of Nigeria, Lagos zone and also the General secretary for the Wonca Working Party on Women & Family Medicine, Africa region. Dr. Ifeoma Nkechi FAGBEMI (nee Udolisa), a seasoned medical practitioner, is a 1988 graduate from the School of Medicine, University of Benin, Nigeria. She holds a Master of Public Health (Community Medicine) from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and a Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (DTM & H) from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom.
In addition, she has acquired cognate skills through series of certificated capacity building programs for healthcare service delivery as a First Responder, the provision and management of Public Health in Complex Emergencies, and Integrated HIV/AIDS Prevention, Care and Treatment. Dr. Ifeoma Fagbemi is a recipient of the 1998 Warrington Yorke Medal for International Community Health, at the meritorious completion of DTM&H, University of Liverpool, UK.
With close to three decades of experience in the health sector, she has acquired considerable wealth of public sector based experiences. Dr. Charles A. Cudjoe qualified as a Medical Practitioner from Athens University School of Medicine, Athens. His Internship was at the University College Hospital (UCH) Ibadan while his Residency in Surgery was at the Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital (Surgery Department) and the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the Royal College of Surgeon of Edinburgh Scotland.
He obtained a Masters in Public Health (MPH) degree from Boston University School of Public Health in Boston and a two and half years Fellowship in Behavioural Medicine at Harvard Medical School, (MBMI Beth Israel Medical Centre) Boston, Massachusetts. USA.
From 1996 – 1999 he was a postdoctoral research fellow at the Harvard University Mind/Body Medical Institute in Boston Massachusetts working with Professor Herbert Benson, where he acquired extensive knowledge in Stress Management, Mind/Body and Behavioural Medicine.
He was the first recipient of the Daniel G. Holbrook Research Fellowship in Behavioural Medicine at Harvard Medical School. He is a Member of the American College of Physician Executives.
He founded the Byron Institute in Boston in 1998 with a group of American Scholars, and the Nigerian Branch was launched in September 2001 with him as the President and Chief Executive Officer.
Since the Byron Institute’s inception in Nigeria, Dr. Cudjoe has organised Corporate Health Programs on Stress Management that provides valuable information on the Importance of Stress Management. Mrs Chioma Mmiriukwu is a Registered Dietician Nutritionist (RDN) with extensive experience in individualized nutrition profiling, counseling and diet planning aimed at helping her clients improve the quality of their health and fitness levels.
Having worked with people in various aspects of life, she has a rich and diverse cultural perspective on nutrition and how to apply the practical knowledge in health and disease conditions.
Her clientele cuts across individuals with need for weight management, Diet counseling, stress management, general lifestyle modification and those with health concerns that require diet changes like the hypertensive, diabetic, arthritic, etc.
